Student Reviews
I chose a quiet, safe place to walk for a long time near the sea. Everything was very cool. The teachers were professional in their work.
My host family was really nice and kind, they took care of me and they helped me learning by practising English speaking with them, and I felt like at home, and I definitely recommend it to students.
Further Information
Most students choose to stay with one of our experienced and carefully chosen local host families; staying with a local host family is an ideal way to practise English outside of the classroom.
All of our host families are carefully inspected and Garda vetted (police checked), and some of our host families have been hosting ATC’s students for many years.
Adult students are accommodated on a half board basis Monday to Friday with breakfast and dinner included and with full board at the weekends – which includes breakfast, packed lunch and dinner.
Junior students travelling as part of a group will stay on a full-board basis including bed and breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal on each day of their stay. All efforts will be made by ATC to allocate groups in the same area where possible.
Many of our host families are located within walking distance of our school, between 15 and 50 minutes. Our host families are happy to provide meals to suit different dietary requirements, ATC Language Schools should be notified in advance of any allergies or specific food requests that students may have. A dietary supplement will apply for vegetarian, vegan, Coeliac & lactose intolerant diets. Students aged 18 and over can choose to stay on a self-catering basis, sharing with other ATC students. ATC Bray own apartments conveniently next to our school and a student residence 700 metres along the seafront, which offer comfortable and modern single and twin rooms with ensuite or private bathrooms. Both options are located facing the Irish sea and are within walking distance of our school and local amenities. The apartments and student residence have fully fitted kitchens with utensils, a washing machine and dryer for student use, free Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided. During the peak summer season, ATC may choose additional accommodation close by to the school.
